Serious Offences including Homicide

Clearly, people charged with serious offences such as "breach of trust" property crimes, robbery, aggravated assault, criminal negligence and homicide face substantial jail sentences. Choosing a lawyer in a serious case requires the client to have the utmost trust and confidence. Mr. Mines understands that the level of commitment to case preparation and legal research is huge in the "most serious" category of cases. He understands that developing a professional solicitor/client relationship in such cases is crucial.

His goal is to work with the client through every stage of the process and to fully integrate the client into defence strategies.
